Information on Test Setup to View Proficiency Level Data in Schoolzilla
If you would like to view proficiency level information (e.g., the Percentage of Students who "Met or Exceeded" standards) within Schoolzilla, you will need to configure your tests in the following manner within eDoctrina.
- For each assessment, navigate to the "Edit Proficiency Table" to configure the "proficiency level" information.
- Per the screenshot below, Proficiency Levels 1 and 2 must be completed; proficiency levels 3, 4, and 5 should be left blank.
- ProficiencyLevel1: Should contain numeric scores (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.), OR if the assessment is Fountas & Pinnell (F&P) Assessment, may contain the F&P score (e.g., A, B, C, D, etc).
- ProficiencyLevel2: Should contain a description of the proficiency level (e.g., Exceeds Expectations), or an abbreviation that is relevant to stakeholders viewing this assessment information (e.g., EE).
- ProficiencyLevels 3-5: These should be left blank. Please contact Schoolzilla if you have questions or concerns about this.
- Once you have configured the test, click Save. Complete these steps for each test you would like to view in Schoolzilla.
