Schoolzilla is most powerful when it is aligned to your state, district and school-level indicators and objectives. Read below to see how Schoolzilla (SZ) metrics line up with the indicators on the Oregon State Report Card.

Remember that Schoolzilla is most useful as a tool to support continuous improvement throughout the school year, rather than simply as a backward-looking accountability report.

	On-time graduation Students earning a diploma within four years. Cohort includes who were first-time ninth graders in 2014-15.	There is no exact metric for on-time graduation, but districts can use leading indicators also found to strongly predict HS graduation, such as GPA (1) and credits earned. Performance on the above indicators can be broken down by all of the subgroups that are included in the Oregon State Report Card (including Migrant and Gifted and Talented). Additional student demographic groups can be created if needed.
