- Click on View All Days and Events.
- In the upper right had corner of the screen there is an csv (excel) type symbol to allow for export.
- Click on the export option and choose Export to CSV.
- Wait for the file to generate and then download the export.
- You will be prompted with a download window and asked to choose a location for saving the file.
Important: If this is a file that all schools (district) follow for days off you can name the file 000_Calendar and save it. No further editing will need to be done.
If your schools run under different calendars, then you will need to export and modify the file adding the ENTITYID as the first column. Once the file is saved you will need to open the file in EXCEL and add a new column at the beginning of the file called ENTITYID. Save the file name with that specific entity in the name (ex: 001_Calendar or 002_Calendar).
- Upload calendar file(s) to My Data.
NOTE: You may need to export more than once depending on how your district Manages days off in your schools
Submitting Historical Year Calendar(s)
During implementation, you will need to provide historical calendar data for up to 5 years.
- Repeat the steps above to download files for each year, choosing each year in the Calendar Master - Calendar Days view. Optional: Add _YYYY for each file to mark which year it corresponds to for your own tracking.
