New Schoolzilla Administrator Onboarding Checklist

1. Exploring Schoolzilla

• Successfully login to your Schoolzilla account (If you don’t have a login for app.schoolzilla.com, please reach out to Support.
• Get oriented with our Introduction to Schoolzilla video
• Create and share a view and student intervention group on Our Students
• Check out the entire set of metrics that are supported on the Schoolzilla Help Center

2. My Data

• Click Settings > My Data
• Review how we access your student information system. Please reach out to Support to receive information about specific Schoolzilla Data Connectors.
• Review how to upload assessment data, including how we connect to your high-frequency systems
• Review options for customizing test periods
• Don’t see a file layout for the most recent assessment year?  Submit the file to Other Data > File Upload as a secure way to share it with us.
• Configure Other Reports Link: Add your own custom links to Mosaic
• Review ways to loading your own metrics and results through metric upload or assessment template

3. My Users

• Click Settings > My Users
• Login as a school leader and a teacher
• Managing School Leaders in My Users
• Managing Schoolzilla administrators in My Users

4. My Schools

• Click Settings > My Schools
• Review "My Schools"

5. Configuring Metrics

• Aligning Schoolzilla to Your District Strategy
