Acadience Reading is an early literacy assessment in English for grades K-6.
How We Connect
- Log into https://acadiencelearning.net and make sure Assessment: Acadience Reading is selected in the top navigation bar.
- Click Export Data.
- Click Export Benchmark Scores.
- Select Scope: District and click Submit.
- Select data for a single year by choosing the same Start Year and Stop Year values and click Submit.
- Select Grade: All Grades.
- Select a specific Assessment Period: Beginning of Year, Middle of Year, or End of Year. Do not select All Periods.
- Select File Type: Comma-Separated Values.
- Below that, only the following check boxes should be checked:
- Only Include Students With Scores
- Include Benchmark Status
- Include Composite Score Pathways of Progress
- Include Demographics Data
- Use Federal Reporting Categories for Race/Ethnicity
- Click Submit.
- Click the Download exported file here link, then upload the file to Schoolzilla.

Scores are linked to schools using the School_Name column in the file. This is matched to a school in My Schools. Please contact support to resolve incorrect or failed matches. |
School Year |
Scores are linked to school years using the Year column in the file. |
Test Period |
Scores are linked to test periods using the option selected when uploading the export scores file (e.g. BOY, MOY or EOY). |
Proficiency Score |
Scores are loaded from the _Levels fields (e.g. AM_Composite_Score_Levels, AM_FSF_Levels etc.) |
