Overview

Acuity is an interim assessment administered multiple times throughout the school year. The assessments are standards-based and administered K-12.

How to Download Acuity Data

  1. After logging in, go to Admin -> Management -> Data Extract.
    select Admin in the header, then Management, and then Data Extract
  2. Filter your results, making sure to choose the Student Item/Report Data.
    under Filter Results, select Student Item/Report Data
  3. Name your extract with the Subject/Date of Extract and select the Submit button.
    enter a name for the extract and select Submit
  4. Go to the View Data Extract File tab (this might take a few minutes).
    select the View Data Extract file tab
  5. Click on the .zip link to download the file and upload that file to My Data!
    in the Data Extract File List, select the name of your zip file to download the file that you will upload to My Data
