Galileo – Schoolzilla Pro

In order to send Schoolzilla your Galileo data, please create a custom report on Galileo’s website. To do this:

Log in to ATI's K-12 Galileo reporting website.
Click on the Reports tab. Click on Custom and then select Custom Test Report.
Once on this tab, select Create Custom Test Reports underneath the heading. Then follow the directions below.

Which options should I select when creating the custom report?

Form Program Year: Select a year
School: Choose one or all schools
Form: General Information Form
View selections below for student information and school information.

the Galileo options for school and student information; for students, select Student ID, First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, and Grade Level, and note that the order of these fields matters. Select Include School Name enrollment

Select Test Box: Choose all tests available that you want included.

Select Score Options: View selections below for score options.
the score options - keep the default options for the points options, student answers, and correct answers, check Include Cut Scores and Include Test Date, and select all score options except Risk Level

Select the "Use TAB as delimiter" option.

File Name: Please name your file however you choose.

Very important note: Frequently files download with a "¿" at the very end of the file and an extra space or tab at the end of the header row. These aren't visible in excel or TextEdit, but are visible in other text editors such as TextWrangler or Notepad++. After downloading your file, open it in one of these editors and make sure that everything is deleted after last character of the header row text AND the last character of the data in the file. Even if you can’t see anything past that character, try to delete past that character. Then save the file and upload it to MyData.
