Overview

The Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) are summative assessments administered in grades 3-10. They include assessments in ELA, Mathematics, Algebra 1 and Geometry.

How We Connect

Please download your School Results for Students (SRS) excel file from the Online Reporting system and upload them to My Data.

  1. Log in to the Online Reporting System (ORS).
  2. Once you sign in, you will be directed to choose a type of report to view. You may select either Participation Report or Interactive Report. Doing so will redirect you to a page where you can select any type of report or file.
  3. Select Reports & Files and choose Retrieve Student Results.

  4. Set the options for what will be included in the report and then select Download File.
    1. Select the test for which you'd like to download results.
    2. Choose All Grades
    3. In the Download Format field, please select fixed width. Do NOT select Excel.
    4. Choose your district and All Schools (or specific schools as appropriate)

  5. You will receive an email alert once the file is ready. Log back in and go to your Inbox. Find the file and select download.
  6. Repeat as necessary for EOC data.

Mappings Overview

The information below summarizes where key data elements are loaded from across student score data files that are submitted. The column names referenced may not match the column name in the file exactly as this changes over time.

Key Field(s) Mapping(s)
System Student ID

Scores are linked to students using the StudentId column in the file.

We match to students in the student information system using the following (in order of preference):

  1. The FLEID matches the State Student ID in your SIS.
  2. The LastName, FirstName, and Grade Level columns exactly match the Last Name, First Name, and Grade in your SIS and are unique within district.
  3. The LastName and FirstName columns exactly match the Last Name and First Name in your SIS and are unique within district.

System School ID

Scores are linked to schools using the School column in the file. These are matched to a school in My Schools.

Please contact support to resolve incorrect or failed matches.
School Year

Scores are linked to school years using the year column in the file.
Proficiency Score

Overall scores are sourced from the PerformanceLevel column in the file.
