The ITBS measures student progress in major content areas for students in kindergarten through eighth grade.
Submitting your ITBS data to Schoolzilla
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Riverside distributes and manages the ITBS for schools outside of Iowa. HMH Riverside provides a variety of reporting options during the ordering process. For Schoolzilla purposes, please select the CD-ROM option and the comma-delimited (.csv) file format. We also accept fixed-width and tab-delimited (.txt), but we prefer the comma-delimited (.csv) file format.
If you selected the paperless plan and you do not have a CD, please contact your Schoolzilla Impact Manager or Implementation Analyst.
Please follow the instructions below for submitting your data:
- Access the channel that you usually use to securely transfer student data files to Schoolzilla (typically SFTP or My Data). If you’re not sure, please contact your Project Manager or Implementation Specialist.
- Navigate to the file on the CD and select the file.
- Submit the file.
Please do not make any changes to the original file when submitting your data.
