Overview
The Oregon Smarter Balanced English and Math exam is taken once at the end of the school year in grades 3-8 and 11. Students who receive a 3 or 4 for overall proficiency on the test (on a 4-point scale) are considered on track to graduate high school college and career-ready.
The Smarter Balanced assessment results files also include results for the ELPA21 (Language Fluency Exams) and the OAKS Science Assessment.
